Stafford Party in the Park - This event has already occurred

Event Details:

Come and enjoy a family fun event, Stafford Park - Party in the Park, on Saturday, July 29 2023 from 10 am – 3pm. The yearly event has a little something for everyone to enjoy including a vendor show, RY J’s Adventures bouncy castle, a BBQ lunch, licenced event, fire department meet and greet and slip and slide, raffles, Junior Gardeners Awards Ceremony, a ball hockey tournament and a washer toss tournament for the community to enjoy! Pre-registration by July 24, 2023 is required for both tournaments. All proceeds of this event will be re-invested back into the Park!

The event will kick off with the judging of the 7th Annual Junior Gardeners Competition, a competition that was open to all children who reside in and outside the Township. Youth ages 16 years of age or younger, put their green thumbs into action by trying to grow a plant over the course of a month. A big thank you to Sunset Nursery Garden Centre & Greenhouses, in particular Alastair Hugli, who will once again judge the competition. Kids had to pick up their plant and register by June 11, 2023 to take part in the competition. This year we have 116 kids registered for the competition.

How to participate in tournaments/vendor market:

Ball Hockey Tournament:

Pre-registration required by July 24, 2023
$25 per team (13 years old and under)
$50 per team (14 years old and older)
Minimum 5 players per team
Register by August 1, 2022
